We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to lead the marketing effort for one of our brands. This is an on-site position located in our Copenhagen office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive customer engagement and increase brand visibility.
- Manage the company websites, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
- Plan and execute email campaigns through Hubspot, from content creation to performance analysis, to effectively nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Coordinate and host engaging webinars in Zoom to educate and engage with our target audience.
- Manage social media channels through Hubspot, including content creation, publishing, and community engagement, to build brand loyalty and drive website traffic.
- Oversee the corporate forum, ensuring active participation and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Respond to email inquiries in a timely manner and route them to relevant departments for efficient resolution.
- Create and optimize landing pages to capture leads and improve conversion rates.
- Produce compelling written, visual, and multimedia content (posts, infographics, videos) to support marketing initiatives and enhance brand messaging.
- Organize events locally and provide support for event organization in overseas subsidiaries to maximize brand exposure and foster customer relationships.
- Proactively reach out to customers and partners to facilitate their participation in marketing initiatives and events.
- Manage the corporate slide deck, expanding it as necessary and providing assistance in slide preparation for presentations.
- Maintain and manage the corporate style, including logos, sales collateral, and branding guidelines, to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Proven experience in marketing planning and implementation, with a track record of driving results.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with keen attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Experience with marketing tools such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, Zoom, and PowerPoint.
- Creativity and proficiency in graphic design and video editing software.
- Familiarity with graphic design principles and branding guidelines.
