About your future role
In this challenging role, reporting to the Head of Issuing Marketing Value Proposition, you'll lead and execute the IS Product Marketing strategy across all European regions.
We want to shape a new way of proposing payment product and solutions: this means creating and marketing cutting-edge, Nexi managed digital payments products to serve both Financial Service Institutions (FSI), Banks and Corporates.
Your key responsibilities in this role will be, co-working with IS product and Sales team:
- Define Nexi IS portfolio positioning
- Orchestrate and select inputs (internals and externals) to prioritize new business requirements
- Design packaged solutions managed by Nexi, with related value proposition
- Size and prioritize new solutions
- Define delivery models and pricing to maximize ROI
- Co-work with IS Product to get right product catalogue and roadmaps
- Maintain Competitive positioning
- Collaborate with Market intelligence, initiatives and partnerships to identify new trends, segments and customer needs Support both the Go to Market and International Sales team to execute the Go to Market strategy

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
- Experience of product marketing in highly complex businesses
- Accountability and result oriented approach with a “Customer first” mindset and a strong problem-solving attitude
- Business acumen and quantitative, data driven, thinking
- Autonomy and problem solving
- Ability to work in a complex matrix organization, with a variety of team members across different departments and regions, especially product management and sales
- Communication : exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Stakeholder management: Senior-level stakeholders’ management.
- Education : Master’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience: 5–8 years in B2B marketing, ideally in fintech, banking, or payments
- Languages: English proficient
