About the position:
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and optimize our paid digital campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels. This is a hands on, data driven role focused on driving high quality B2B leads, improving conversion rates, and supporting revenue growth. You’ll be responsible for executing campaigns from setup and targeting to tracking and reporting while also collaborating closely with sales, marketing and product.

Key responsibilities:
Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic/display etc.
- Own all aspects of campaign setup, including audience targeting, bid strategies, day to day budget management, creative development, tracking, and reporting.
- Execute and optimize paid search campaigns with a strong focus on keyword strategy, competitive analysis, quality score improvement, and structured campaign builds that maximize performance.
- Continuously test ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audiences to drive ROI and lead quality.
- Collaborate with design and external agency partners to produce performance driven assets
- Develop tailored ABM-style campaigns for key accounts and ICP segments.
- Maintain a strong pulse on industry best practices and incorporate new tools, formats, and approaches as needed.
Lead Gen & Funnel Optimization
- Drive high-quality MQLs and SQLs that align with our ICP and sales objectives.
- Monitor and optimize the user journey from first engagement to SQL, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and reduce CAC
- Build and optimize landing pages in HubSpot to drive form submissions and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with CRM team to ensure leads are nurtured and progressed post-MQL.
- Leverage retargeting, segmentation, and behavioral data to personalize the user journey across channels and increase conversions
- Support SEO initiatives by contributing keyword insights, assisting with on-page optimizations, and collaborating on content strategy
- Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to share insights, feedback and continuously improve lead quality
Reporting, Analytics & Technology
- Use HubSpot and GA4 to analyze campaign performance, lead quality, and channel attribution.
- Create and maintain regular performance reports, dashboards, and insights to inform stakeholders.
- Run A/B tests and other experiments to continually improve conversion rates and reduce CPL
- Ensure campaigns are properly tracked using our marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, GA4, UTMs), and verify that data captured is accurate, actionable, and supports performance evaluation
What You Bring:
- 3–5+ years experience in B2B performance marketing, preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Hands-on experience creating or managing the production of high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Deep expertise in paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (LinkedIn, Meta)
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot and GA4. (Google Tag Manager is a plus.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to manage campaign execution end-to-end, including tracking, measurement, and reporting.
- Experience working with longer sales cycles and nurturing high-intent leads over time (e.g., 3+ months to close).
