Join us in shaping the future of energy
1. About the Role
As a Contract Specialist at NOV’s Subsea Production Systems, you’ll be right at the center of the action — shaping the commercial foundation of high-value offshore projects that span the globe. You’ll be the go-to expert for navigating complex contract terms, ensuring that every proposal and project is built on clarity, compliance, and commercial strength.
From the earliest bidding stages, you’ll play a vital role in multimillion-dollar tenders, working side-by-side with the Proposal Manager and collaborating with Legal, Sales, Project Management, and other key functions to anticipate risks, lock in clear obligations, and align every detail with both client needs and NOV’s business objectives.
Your impact doesn’t stop when the ink is dry — you’ll stay engaged through project execution, translating lessons learned into sharper, more competitive future bids. This is your chance to connect the dots between commercial strategy and project delivery, ensuring NOV stays ahead in the competitive subsea market.
Bringing together a proactive mindset, a structured and detail-oriented approach, and the ability to communicate clearly across multidisciplinary teams in multiple locations will be key to excelling here. If you can bring these skills together, this role offers the perfect mix of challenge, visibility, and impact.
