As a Manager (individual contributor) in the Global Analytics & Insights Commercial Partnering team you will do just that. You'll support the product development teams defining portfolios two years in advance, as well as inform marketing activation decisions that impact the next six to eighteen months ahead!

Core Responsibilities
Support Commercial Strategy: Deliver the insights which will feed into the commercial narrative for the Preschool Consumer Group through deep portfolio and commercial analysis.
Partner with Stakeholders: Build trusted relationships and translate insights into actionable strategies that align with business objectives.
Power BI & SQL Experience: Develop ad-hoc data models and visualizations to solve business challenges. Ideally with experience of DataBricks!
Analytics: Stay on top of the evolving data landscape, confidently navigating tools, sources, and platforms to deliver high-impact analysis and insights.
Integrated Insights: Combine internal and external data (market, shopper, macroeconomic) to deliver a 360° view of business health.
Strategic Storytelling: Transform complex data into clear, compelling narratives that influence decisions and drive impact.

This exciting role is responsible for tracking commercial performance, identifying commercial opportunities, and supporting faster and better commercial decisions through clear performance storylines and socialisation of key business reports across a global stakeholder group.
Do you have what it takes?
Experience delivering business impact through commercial analytics and data storytelling.
Strong data analytics background, and solid business acumen across a multi-country or Global organisation is a must.
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
Skilled in engaging and influencing cross-functional stakeholders across levels and regions. You won't have any direct reports but your people leading skills will be showcased in your excellent global and multi-functional stakeholder management approach.
Advanced Power BI and SQL capabilities; familiarity with Databricks or similar platforms a plus.
Expert Excel user for ad-hoc analysis and flexible problem-solving.
Highly organised, driven, and comfortable managing projects in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
