The job
As our new UX Designer at Systematic in Copenhagen, you will play a crucial part of developing our Insight and Aspire Products, part of the SitaWare Suite. You will ensure high usability of new features while integrating them seamlessly into existing workflows as well as establishment of UX concept as part of feature clarification and explore options for UX concepts for new business ideas.
You will be involved in every phase of the development process, from early stages to final validation, working closely with product owners, architects, and development teams.
Your tasks will vary, but expect to be handling:
- The alignment of proposed solutions with the Product Owner, Architects and the development teams
- Maturing UX prototypes and ensures handover to the development team
- Clear design documentation and alignment with design team
- Supporting development teams during implementation
- The responsibility of maintaining and improving the usability of our Insight and Aspire Products
Your team
You will, of course, collaborate greatly with the development teams, but you will also have the pleasure of joining a cross-functional team of UX- and UI-designers covering the full Defence product portfolio, where you can seek valuable support and sparring.
When you join the Insight- and Aspire programs, you will join 75 highly skilled colleagues across several scrum teams, including development, test management, project management and architects located in Copenhagen and Aarhus, Denmark. Your qualifications
We are looking for a new colleague and team member who brings a solid understanding of UI fundamentals, have a eye for details and the ability to document as well as communicate implementation details as a part of supporting the development teams.
- BA or Masters in Digital Design, Information Science, or another related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a UX Designer in a software company
- Proficiency in prototyping tools, especially Figma
- Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English, both orally and in writing.
If you have experience within defence working with our products, it is a benefit, but not a requirement.
