As a constantly growing company, Danfoss is looking for motivated employees who want to work with us on our continued success. We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UX Research Intern to join our diverse and global team.
In this role, you will be part of a global User Experience (UX) team responsible for driving user-centered design practices across Danfoss digital products and services. You will work closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to uncover user insights, support product strategy, and help shape exceptional user experiences.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

Assist in planning and conducting user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests).

Analyze research data to identify user needs, pain points, and behaviors.

Create user personas, journey maps, and research summaries.

Share research findings with cross-functional teams to inform design decisions.

Maintain research documentation and repositories.

Support the improvement of research methods, templates, and best practices.

Stay updated on UX trends and contribute ideas to enhance user experience.

Your Profile:
- Currently pursuing a degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field
- Basic understanding of user research methods and usability principles
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to real-world projects
- Experience with design or research tools (e.g. Figma, Miro, Dovetail, or similar) is a plus
