Welcome to the Frozen Pick/Pack Team
Our team is committed to delivering on our functional strategy, focusing on customer centricity, efficiency, and maintaining a safe and engaged workplace. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including the Extended Leadership team in Copenhagen, Customer Service, and Global EHS, to ensure we meet our supply security commitments with the highest quality and safety standards.
In this role you will make an impact…
You will play a crucial role in overseeing the competencies and training necessary to achieve our objectives. Your responsibilities will include hiring and managing personnel, resolving workplace challenges, ensuring adequate staffing for production, and maintaining quality standards in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Additionally, you will drive performance initiatives and engage in problem-solving for technical and quality issues, all while fostering good collaboration with various departments such as Warehouse, Logistics, Maintenance, and Planning.
In addition, some of your key tasks will include:
Ensuring competencies and training to achieve results and goals through a competency matrix and training plans
Hiring and terminating employees as necessary
Resolving personnel and well-being challenges, including issuing warnings if needed
Ensuring staffing to execute production according to agreed targets
Ensuring deliveries to external and internal customers within the agreed response time
You will also ensure the quality of the output delivered by the team and adherence to GMP, drive performance boards in your area, and engage in problem-solving for technical and quality issues while ensuring good collaboration with other teams and departments.
To succeed you must…
Have a relevant educational background in leadership and management within daily operations
Have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in operations management, with a focus on warehousing and daily operations
Be proficient in Danish and English
Additionally, we expect you to demonstrate servant and trust-based leadership, acting as a role model for your team.
Moreover, you should possess strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, enabling you to engage effectively with colleagues across various departments. Your ability to foster a positive work environment will be essential for team success.
