Meet your new team!
In our In- and Outbound Activities, we manage all incoming and outgoing goods as well as transferring raw materials and finished goods between the warehouse and our production site located near us at Jernholmen.

The team covers both day- and evening shifts, with a total of 9 employees including two Team Coordinators.
What would your role look like? / Your future role
As Team Manager you will lead a dedicated team, ensuring smooth in- and outbound operations while prioritizing both internal and external customer satisfaction as well as safety.
Your responsibilities will be leading your team, addressing workplace challenges, ensuring employee training and development and upholding quality standards in line with GMP.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team within warehouse operations (day & evening shifts).
- Ensure processes run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with EHS and GMP standards.
- Foster a positive work environment with a strong focus on people leadership and employee wellbeing.
- Collaborate across functions to drive improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency.

Experience and skills required
- Proven leadership experience in logistics, warehouse, or production.
- Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics flows.
- Knowledge of GMP/EHS requirements (a clear advantage).
- Known Shipper clearance is a requirement
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP EWM preferably)
- A forklift license is an advantage.
