Do you want to be a key driver in ensuring sustainability initiatives are brought to life as you support, drive, and facilitate projects across the organization? Then we have an exciting opportunity as a Sustainability Project Manager.
Working in close collaboration with the Senior ESG Manager, the Sustainability Project Manager is placed in the department’s “mid-field”, operating between complex data and value-creating outcomes.
Administering the project portfolio without hesitating from task execution:
The ESG and Sustainability department is located in Fertin Pharma’s Business Support division, as a central function with contact across the entire group and organization. The Sustainability Project Manager’s main responsibility is bridge and traffic the wide range of projects and tasks in the department portfolio, ensuring timely and purposeful value-creation. More specifically you will:
Administer and drive projects from concept to completion, such as CSRD Gap closure
Ensure timelines and synergetic outcomes between projects
Implement systemic solutions to immediate challenges
Bridge and connect the competence-to-task within the team and depending on the specific task need
Operationally support or conduct department specific tasks such as GHG-accounting, product LCA, DMA, Supplier Due Diligence, etc.
Project Manager with a passionate mindset:
To be successful in this role, we imagine you come from a previous ESG/Sustainability role in Business Administration, Business Strategy, or a PMO. You must be familiar with Sustainability frameworks and analytical methodologies from either CSRD, CDP, SBTi, GHG Protocol, or the like. You are a structured project manager with good communication and collaboration skills, while you are fluent in both written and spoken English – but most importantly, you will bring a passionate mindset on Corporate Sustainability, and on the team’s mutual and shared responsibilities.
