Could you be the full-time Project Engineering Manager in Copenhagen we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a dedicated and creative team of teammates.
You'll play a critical role in managing the technical contractual scope of our ambitious Danish rail network upgrade, ensuring that quality, cost, performance, and schedule commitments are met with precision. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (from industrialization to installation and commissioning), guide technical design and risk mitigation efforts, and much more.
You’ll specifically manage customer acceptance of project solutions, oversee Verification & Validation activities, ensure compliance with local regulations, and lead the development of our project engineering team.
We’ll look to you for:

Managing the project’s technical risks and mitigation plans

Collaborating with the Project Manager on scope evolution and variation orders

Validating technical design choices with peers and the Solution Director
-
Ensuring all technical requirements are addressed throughout the project lifecycle
-
Leading the Project Change Control Board
-
Providing the Bill of Materials (BOM) and verifying the Project Safety Case

A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related scientific subjects

An engineering background with a comprehensive perspective on the project deployment lifecycle

Experience in functional or hierarchical team management

Cost and planning control experience within engineering scopes

Proven expertise in customer relationship management in contractual contexts

A certification in project management is advantageous

Effective communication and leadership abilities
