As a student worker, you will support our global sales and marketing team in driving customer engagement and improving data quality. To support the sales and marketing team, we are looking for a student worker with the following skills and qualifications:
Strong analytical skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve decision-making processes.
Data hygiene expertise: Proficiency in validating, organizing, and improving data quality and flows within IT platforms.
IT proficiency: If not familiar with, then ready to become superuser of Office 365 platform tools like Power BI, D365 Power App and SharePoint, for knowledge management, reporting, and user training.
Commercial mindset: A strategic approach to understanding and improving customer engagement processes.
Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to interact with global colleagues and cross-functional teams effectively.
Self-driven and responsible: A professional and service-oriented approach to managing tasks and projects independently.
The Role: Responsibilities and Opportunities
The student worker will play a critical role in supporting the digital transformation of the customer journey and sales processes. This position provides hands-on experience and opportunities for significant growth, potentially leading to long-term collaboration. Key responsibilities include:
Marketing and Customer Engagement Projects
Analyze needs, scope, and design for customer engagement systems, ensuring global user adoption of reports and dashboards.
Coordinate customer surveys by creating questionnaires, integrating results into CE systems, and following up with flow creation and reporting.
Map existing and potential customer assets for better asset management and optimization of after-sales services.
Contribute to digitalization efforts, including product configurators and e-learning tools for corporate training.
Daily Operational Tasks
Validate and improve data quality within IT platforms, ensuring clean and reliable data flows.
Maintain and enhance the knowledge database on SharePoint, including user guides and videos.
Support user training within the O365 platform, promoting better usage and adoption.
Perform various ad-hoc tasks within the global sales and marketing organisation.
