As a Product Marketing Manager at Jabra, part of GN, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer by playing a key role in shaping the Jabra portfolio of front-line worker (FLW) headsets, owning the development of compelling, insight-driven value propositions and engaging & differentiated product stories.
While overseeing all marketing aspects of new FLW product introductions, you will be working closely with the product management team, GTM teams & commercial business leadership to craft the proposition, effectively bringing solutions-to-market.

You will be part of the Global Proposition & Product Marketing team (PPM), working alongside other Product Marketing Managers focused on professional-grade headsets, video solutions, software and services, and more. Crucially, you’ll serve as the bridge between the FLW product organization, the commercial team, and the central marketing functions.
Motivated by products, and even more driven by storytelling, the tight-knit Proposition & Product Marketing team are unashamed customer-geeks. Whether that’s putting our end-users and decision makers at the heart of our value propositions, or crafting sell-in decks to inform & inspire both internal and external customers, the team is responsive, supportive of each other and results-driven.
Reporting to the Head of Proposition & Product Marketing (Headsets) who is based in our global HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, you will be part of a sub-team within the broader PPM function, responsible for all Headset Product Marketing activities. In your day-to-day role, you’ll be empowered to manage your area and be a key member of the cross-functional FLW leadership group, guiding early-stage development of this high growth business.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Own the value prop for all new Jabra Perform (Front Line Worker) & BlueParrott (Professional Driver/NA focused) launches, working with Product Mgmt. to deliver the marketing brief & ensure a coherent portfolio story.
Define the target audience (the ”who”) and determine key messaging (the ”what”) through close internal stakeholder engagement.
Oversee marketing launch plans for all NPI, interacting with colleagues from Market Insights, our in-house creative team, digital marketing, PR etc.
Create tailored propositions and messaging towards customers (End-users & Decision Makers) and channel partners.
Act as the bridge within the marketing function that interfaces with the FLW team and product management organization at all levels.
Translate complex technical product concepts into clear and compelling stories supported by insights.
Work with our software/services team to develop value propositions that extend beyond the hardware.
Create and provide training materials and engaging content to support sales efforts. Act as a spokesperson for the Jabra Perform brand at major events.
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
Are an experienced Product Marketer, having worked in global tech companies
Bring frontline industry experience e.g. retail operations, or can quickly understand in-depth the FLW space & the key verticals it serves (retail, healthcare, etc.)
Have experience working with major ecosystem partners such as Microsoft, Zoom, Google, or more segment specific partners such as Zebra
Are a skilled communicator who can present with confidence to internal and external audiences
Possess a creative mindset, with the ability to craft inspiring stories and make these come alive visually (via eLearning, PowerPoint etc.)
Are curious about the WHY and the WHO, including the ability to re-evaluate existing beliefs and uncover insights that lead to compelling propositions.
Exhibit effective stakeholder management, with a high sense of diligence to ensure continuous progress and momentum on projects & launches Have an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in a highly motivated team that responds effectively to changes
Are open to occasional international travel, depending on business requirements.
