What You’ll Do – Day to Day
Lead Marketing Analytics: Analyze and interpret marketing data to drive insights and inform strategies for digital gaming campaigns.
Set Critical Metrics: Define and establish key performance indicators to measure the efficiency of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Engage with Teams: Collaborate closely with development teams, social media managers, publishers, and external partners to synchronize marketing strategies and objectives.
Campaign Analysis: Evaluate marketing campaigns before, during, and after execution to identify findings and optimize future efforts.
Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and present insights and reports to partners, highlighting performance metrics and actionable recommendations.
Foster Innovation: Encourage innovative marketing approaches by using data-driven insights and industry standard methodologies.
Training and Development: Provide training and support to team members on marketing analytics tools and methodologies to improve overall team capabilities.

At LEGO GAME, our Analytics & Insights team has grown quickly since launching two years ago. Data is central to our marketing, and as the gaming world evolves, we use it to better understand player needs and industry trends.
In this role, you’ll work with senior leadership and teams across LEGO GAME – from development and tech to marketing and external partners – to turn data into actionable insights. You’ll lead marketing analytics, define key metrics, train teams on performance, and guide campaigns with your recommendations.
As part of our A&I team, you’ll have the freedom to drive projects that balance strategy with impact, helping us deliver value to players, partners, and the wider LEGO GAME vision.
What we’re looking for:
No degree required – but experience in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Research, or Gaming is needed.
Strong skills in data analysis (Excel, SQL) to find insights on player behavior and campaign results.
Understanding of key marketing metrics: CAC, return on investment, retention, LTV.
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Adobe Analytics.
Clear communicator – able to present findings to teams and management.
Teammate, comfortable working across marketing, product, and partners.
Critical thinker with problem-solving skills to improve marketing strategies.
Good at managing projects and meeting deadlines.
Bonus: Knowledge of the gaming industry.
This is a Billund-based position. You’ll be required in the office three days a week. Relocation support is not available.
