About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager to drive critical projects in our Landside Transportation, Depots & CRM portfolio. If you're passionate about leading high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Senior Program Manager, you will report to the Global Head of Product – Landside, Depots & CRM. Your mission will be to lead cross-functional, global programs from strategy through execution—delivering business-critical outcomes, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and championing innovation.
You’ll be at the heart of shaping key initiatives that span operations, customer experience, data analytics, and executive-level engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Strategic Programs: Oversee medium to large-scale cross-functional initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
Problem-Solve Collaboratively: Quickly understand complex issues and work across teams to find effective, sustainable solutions.
Drive Communication: Develop and manage executive-ready presentations and communications; act as a trusted liaison between product teams and leadership.
Champion Automation & Insight: Partner with data and finance teams to enhance reporting, reduce manual work, and unlock insights through automation.
Support Organizational Engagement: Help drive a positive and inclusive culture with strong engagement, communication, and transparency.
Operational Excellence: Set up operating mechanisms to navigate the complexity of a global matrixed environment efficiently.
Deliver Financial Value: Influence key business priorities and help the team stay focused on delivering measurable financial and strategic results.
What are we looking for
The candidate must demonstrate strong project management capabilities and the agility to quickly understand and contribute to new and diverse subject areas. Success in this role requires the ability to drive progress independently, navigate complex business challenges, and maintain a focus on outcomes—even in the face of limited stakeholder engagement, incomplete data, and high pressure from senior leadership. This should be achieved through strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, a bias for action, and a genuine interest in continuous learning.
Strong experience managing cross-functional programs, ideally in logistics, tech, or similar industries.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to bring people together around shared goals.
Comfort navigating ambiguity with high learning agility and an outcome-driven focus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—written, verbal, and visual.
Analytical thinking and experience working with KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
A track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement.
