Job Summary
We are seeking a Program Manager who will be instrumental in supporting our future hypercar and supercar projects, whilst also contributing significantly to our continuous improvement as an organisation, supporting resource efficiency opportunities and leading process improvement initiatives.
The program manager will work closely with every area of the business, taking ownership for the entire program from initiation to production. This means the chosen candidate will be interacting with stakeholders across the business and will take direct responsibility for project execution.

Qualifications
- At least three years experience in an automotive engineering role
- At least two years experience in a project management role
- Experience in a leadership position, whether within a project or a role itself
- Demonstrate excellent communication clarity
- A passion for cars and / or automotive design is a nice to have
