Responsibilities
As a key member of our sales team, reporting directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding HERMLE’s presence in Denmark. If you are passionate about high-end machine tools and enjoy building strong customer relationships, this is your chance to make an impact in a leading global company.
- Promote and sell HERMLE products within the assigned sales territory
- Strengthen and maintain the market position of HERMLE AG
- Regularly visit customers and proactively acquire potential new clients
- Facilitate business deals and conduct consultation, sales, and complaint management discussions
- Prepare detailed forecast and lost order reports on a regular basis
- Submit weekly activity reports and periodic market situation updates
- Maintain and update sales master data in the CRM system
- Participate in events such as trade fairs and conferences
Requirements
- Sales experience within the high-end machine tool industry, several years of sales organization management
- Engineer (mechanical or electrical) or equal work-related experience with profound knowledge in the machine tool industry
- Negotiation skills and results driven thinking
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer satisfaction, focus oriented thinking
