Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver final documentation packages to customers
Approve material certificates, X-ray reports, and internal penetrant test reports
Approve invoices for external testing in production
Maintain type approvals and re-stamping authorizations
Conduct internal audits and support external audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, PED)
Coordinate and host inspector visits for product approvals
Schedule inspectors for production
Participate in customer audits
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in final documentation within a metal manufacturing company
Proactive, outgoing, and capable of making independent decisions
Preferably certified in Penetrant Testing Level 2, Visual Welding Inspection Level 2, and Internal Auditor ISO 9001
Structured, analytical, and self-driven, yet a strong team player
Fluent in Danish and English
