People Manager, International Talent Acquisition

So, what’s the role about?

As People Manager of International Talent Acquisition, you will set the direction for our international recruitment efforts. You’ll lead a talented team of specialists from our HQ in Copenhagen and collaborate closely with hiring managers and local leaders across all markets to ensure we attract, engage, and hire the best talent – while staying true to Dalux’s culture and values.

You ensure an overview of the team's tasks and capacity and to allocate resources within the team. Although the team is self-driven and independent, you will still be closely involved in the team's ongoing processes, enabling you to provide sparring and guidance when needed.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and developing the international TA team, setting goals, conduct regular 1:1 feedback and supporting their growth
• Defining and executing our global recruitment strategy in alignment with business needs and expansion plans
• Acting as a strategic sparring partner to leaders and hiring managers across markets
• Ensuring high-quality and consistent candidate experiences across all touchpoints
• Using data and insights to make informed decisions and improve hiring outcomes

You have solid experience within recruitment and talent acquisition leadership, ideally from a fast-paced, high-growth company. You understand the complexity of hiring across different markets and thrive in a strategic role with both operational and leadership components.

• Know how to build stakeholder trust and collaborate across cultures
• Can balance structure and flexibility, always with a high level of quality
• Communicate fluently in English (Danish is a plus)
