About the role
We're on the lookout for a Student Assistant to help us in Talent Acquisition. Your job will be to support our recruitment efforts and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative HR team and play an important role in helping us find the right people as we grow.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
Scheduling interviews and sending out tests to candidates
Keeping our ATS (Recruitee Talent) tidy and up to date, including our talent pools and unsolicited applications
Sourcing and outreach through Linkedin Recruiter
Conducting screening calls and providing feedback to managers
Providing administrative support with tasks related to Talent Acquisition
Supporting other recruitment projects based on your interests and skills
What we offer
You’ll join an HR team where we mix professionalism with good humour, and we genuinely enjoy working together. Our team consists of three full-time employees and with you, three student assistants. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience within Talent Acquisition.
We are flexible to your study commitments but do expect you can help us approx.15 hours per week.
About you
You are a master’s student, ideally studying HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar - with at least a year left of your studies
You are exceptionally organized and proactive in the way that you approach your tasks
You have a strong service mindset and care about creating a good experience for candidates
You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
You are confident communicating clearly with different stakeholders
You have an eye for detail and take pride in delivering high quality
The Office
We have just moved to our state-of-art HQ in Hørsholm, located at DTU Science Park. We take great pride in the building we designed! The office features bright meeting rooms, coffee areas to catch up with colleagues, a large testing arena with simulators available for employees and a fitness centre, everything surrounded by a beautiful forest and respecting the environment. We made sure to utilize the newest technologies to be energy efficient and be mindful of ventilation and sound propagation.
