Attracting and retaining the right Talent is one of Ambu’s key strategic pillars to deliver on our company growth plans. In order to do so, we need help from top Talent Attraction performers who can be trusted advisors to our Leaders, identify & attract the most appropriate profiles and play an important part in Ambu’s longer term projects to improve our Talent Attraction efforts.
Reporting into the Global Head of Talent, you will join a global team of 8 other Talent Attraction Partners, based on key sites around the world. You will primarily supporting the commercial organisations in the Nordic, UK & Ireland and Western European regions, but will have the opportunity to be exposed to the wider organisation also.
In this role, you will become a key driver in ensuring the successful growth of our Sales organisation. As well as helping Leadership identify their true capability needs, you will create an effective sourcing strategy, as well as support on interviews in the later stages of the process. Further, you will be supporting the longer term building of a talent pipeline, and will have the opportunity to be involved in strategic global projects.
This position can be based in either our HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, or our UK office in Alconbury Weald, Cambridgeshire
Key responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a Recruitment Business Partner to Leadership within your geographical focus: identifying hiring needs, reaching out to candidates, supporting during interviews and finally at offer stage.
- Using creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to approach the right candidates for Ambu proactively
- Work with Leadership to develop Ambu’s employer brand and generate long term talent pipelines
- Participating in interviews, specifically giving feedback on psychometric and cognitive assessments
- Acting as a true champion of Diversity & Inclusion throughout your role, ensuring a broad range of cognitive diversity and true environment of inclusion throughout the business
- Owning longer term improvement projects within your region of responsibility, e.g. related to Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Talent Pipelining or Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Suggested candidate profile
Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you have some or all of the following:
- Several years experience in a Recruitment function, either via an internal TA team or as an external head hunter
- Strong experience recruiting for commercial profiles in a regulated industry, preferably Medtech
- Extensive active sourcing experience and a proactive nature to filling positions as efficiently as possible, without compromising on quality
- Prior experience conducting interviews beneficial, but not an absolute requirement
- Strong stakeholder management skills: You feel comfortable using your knowledge and market data to advise Managers on suggested Recruitment approaches, even if you disagree with them
- Ability to ensure a structured process in a high pace environment
- Our working language is English, however if you speak other relevant languages (e.g. French, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian), this would be considered a strong benefit
- Previous experience recruiting in an international setting considered essential
