- Facilitating workshops, leading change management deliverables, and aligning with cross-functional teams both onshore and offshore.
- Advising senior client leaders and stakeholders, building alignment and sponsorship for new system/tools, processes, and new ways of working etc.
- Shaping and executing end-to-end tech implementation change journeys that enhance long term adoption, user engagement, and business performance.
- Measuring and sustaining digital transformation outcomes, using data and behavioral insights to correct the course.
- Identifying and shaping new digital transformation opportunities, contributing to proposals, pitches, and client discussions.
- Building client relationships and helping expand our footprint through trusted delivery and thought leadership.
- Mentoring and growing our team in the change space for digital transformation, helping elevate our collective capabilities and mindset.
Qualifications
We value your strong analytical skills, engaged and structured approach, and curiosity, along with your interest in Organization & Work Transformation. You should have excellent change management and communication skills, both verbal and written, and a passion for making a difference for clients and colleagues. We are a team full of diverse nationalities, so while fluency in Danish is not required, fluency in English is essential.
What you bring to the team:
- 3-5+ years of experience in change management or digital transformation, ideally within a consulting environment.
- Proven experience designing and implementing integrated change strategies for tech implementations (communications, training, readiness, adoption).
- Familiarity with project management phases, delivery models (Waterfall, Agile), and implementation types (Brownfield, Greenfield), etc.
- Experience with digital adoption/learning platforms such as SAP Enable Now/Walk Me/What Fix etc. is a good to have.
- Strong client-facing presence and ability to manage executive stakeholders.
- Experience with large-scale transformations such as ERP (SAP, Microsoft, Oracle), CRM (SuccessFactors), digital, agile, cyber, shared services, operating model, etc.
- You have a commercial mindset and bring an interest in shaping and selling transformation work, from identifying opportunities and crafting proposals to building long-term client relationships.
- You have a people-first approach to leadership. You care about the people you work with, be it clients, teams, and stakeholders. You lead with empathy, build trust through collaboration, and lift others while delivering impact. You’re the kind of teammate others want to work with: supportive, grounded, and focused on making change personal and sustainable.
Even if you do not see yourself in all the bullets above, we still encourage you to apply if you believe your skills can make an impact on our team.
