Reporting directly to the LPT Service Leadership, you will be part of the Customer Success and Services Excellence team located in Søborg, where more than 700 colleagues are ready to welcome you. Moreover, you will collaborate closely with the LPT Divisional SAP Team, with a matrix reporting line to the manager of that team.
As our new colleague, you will be our SAP application and Service business process expert. This entails advocating LPT Service functionality requirements as needed and acting as an interface between our global S/4HANA project team and the LPT divisional stakeholders.
Specifically, you will support LPT sites in the S/4HANA rollout and act as lead in project and change management with a strong focus on Service. Furthermore, you will:
- Act as the key liaison between the global S/4HANA project team and LPT divisional stakeholders.
- Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA for Service across LPT sites, ensuring alignment with local processes and business needs.
- Support change management, manage training and post-go-live support to ensure adoption and operational continuity.
- Monitor and report progress to senior leadership and project stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with national and international teams to ensure seamless integration.
The position requires travel of up to 30%, both domestically and internationally.
Your profile and qualifications:
In this role, you will need analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills to create results, and you can do so while meeting tight timelines and cost objectives. Also, you are a skilled collaborator who can be the central point of contact for stakeholders both at a national and international level.
Finally, we imagine that you:
- Hold a degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration or similar
- Have experience in an industrial service context, including Field Service, Spare Parts handling, Inhouse-Repair or Rental
- Have experience in functionally leading projects and change initiatives, preferably in the environment of ERP implementation
- Have expert knowledge of the SAP SD module, and preferably also on the SAP Service module and service-related functionality in other modules
- Are fluent in English and preferably in another European language
