Role Overview
As Senior Manager, People Transformation, you will be instrumental in leading and delivering complex, cross-functional projects that drive key People transformation initiatives across our global organization. You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, governance, and risk mitigation. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and a hands-on approach to solving problems and delivering value. Working closely with both business and technical teams, your work will accelerate HR efficiency and improve employee experiences at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Change Management
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for HR transformation initiatives, including scope definition, project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Establish and manage project governance, including steering committees, stakeholder reporting, and issue/risk management.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including HR, Digital & Technology, Finance, and external partners, to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
- Apply change management methodologies to support adoption, minimize resistance, and embed sustainable change across the organization.
- Monitor project progress and performance, proactively identifying and addressing risks and roadblocks.
Product Deployment & Adoption
- Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to define business requirements and oversee project implementation of HR technologies.
- Lead or support RFP and vendor selection processes, ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose and aligned with business needs.
- Drive post-implementation reviews, capturing lessons learned and embedding continuous improvement into future project cycles.
- Ensure technology deployments are supported with robust training, communication, and change plans to drive user adoption.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional project teams, often in a matrixed environment, providing clarity on roles, responsibilities, and success metrics.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all levels, effectively managing expectations and driving alignment.
- Promote a culture of structured delivery, accountability, and continuous improvement within the People function.
- Contribute to the evolution of our global People strategy through insights gained from transformation initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Significant experience managing transformation initiatives, ideally within HR or digital domains.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and communication planning.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in data-informed decision-making and benefit realization.
