At Lunar, we’re on a mission to revolutionize banking, payments, and investments across the Nordics. Since launching in 2015, we’ve become a major financial player with offices in Aarhus, Copenhagen, and Stockholm. To keep everything running: we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Ambassador who will ensure our Aarhus office is always looking sharp, and that you feel welcome.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role! You’ll play a key role in managing daily tasks, maintaining an inviting space, and being the first smiling face to welcome our peps.
What You’ll Do
Keep the office tidy, stocked, and running smoothly
Manage supplies, deliveries, and minor maintenance
Restock and refill — from drinks and snacks to supplies
Prepare welcome kits and support new joiners
Assist with meetings, events, and daily office needs
Add the extra touch that keeps Lunar feeling special
More About You
Maybe you're on a gap year, between studies, or exploring something new — and you know the value of structure, helpfulness, and a great vibe, especially if you’ve worked in service or hospitality
You're proactive, organized, and comfortable juggling tasks
You enjoy working independently and keeping a steady flow

The Details
Location: Aarhus, Denmark
Contract: Fixed-term, 1 year
Hours: ~20 hours per week, typically from 8 AM to 12 PM on weekdays.
Compensation: Hourly rate
