This role is part of the Human Health Biosolutions (HHB) business area with a specific focus on Strategy, Portfolio & Marketing as well as Science & Innovation.
Strategy, Portfolio & Marketing (SPM) absorbs data and information from across HHB, other Business Areas, core Novonesis functions and intel from our markets. We convert this knowledge into strategic direction on where to focus, invest, drive innovation, set guardrails, and how we position HHB for growth.
SPM supports our organization by being the go-to place for understanding our priorities, performance, consumer, industry, and market development while Science & Innovation (S&I) is at the forefront of human health innovation, bringing our range of Biosolutions to life and advancing with a focus on demonstrating efficacy, understanding mode of action and application development. S&I ensures the required clinical development and that trials are conducted to understand the impact of our innovation and products on human health across the entire portfolio (today & tomorrow).
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
- Providing proactive support to the Strategy, Portfolio & Marketing as well as the Science & Innovation Vice Presidents and their leadership teams
- Tracking and follow up on key initiatives, strategic actions, and deliverables across both leadership teams, ensuring alignment, clarity and coordination
- Planning bi-weekly leadership meetings, occasional town halls and offsite events, and preparing and coordinating e corresponding presentations and materials
- Coordinating cross-functional collaboration and supporting the execution of strategic projects, as well as Performance, Culture and Engagement plans
- Managing monthly expense reports, coordinating travel plans and calendars of Vice Presidents when needed
You will also:
- Act as a point of contact for teams in Hørsholm and Lyngby, facilitating communication and collaboration
- Work closely with the other MA’s in Human Health on cross functional matters, site and team engagement topics and larger events
- Support internal communication efforts by drafting presentations, updates, and summaries for leadership visibility
- Identify and implement improvements in tools, templates, and processes to enhance team efficiency
- Support ad hoc key projects and initiatives as needed by the leadership teams
You will mainly be on-site in Hørsholm and occasionally in Lyngby with the possibility to work from home. We offer flexibility around key meetings and events.
In this role you will work independently and collaboratively, often acting as a connector and facilitator across teams. You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as Vice Presidents, leadership team members, and cross-functional teams across the VP areas. Externally, there will be occasional coordination with partners, consultants, and vendors for events or strategic initiatives.
To succeed you must hold:
A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Further you have:
- A relevant education, e.g. from Business Administration, Human Resources or similar
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar administrative or coordination role
- Experience working with senior leaders in a dynamic and complex environment
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Finally, you have experience with technology/innovation-driven organizations, exposure to planning, project coordination and/or organizational development. You have a solid understanding of business processes and organizational dynamics in a larger matrixed environment.
