Legal Student Assistant at ZeroNorth

As a Legal Student Assistant, you'll tackle real-world legal issues, build invaluable skills, and contribute to impactful change from our Copenhagen headquarters.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage global corporate portfolio administration, encompassing corporate governance and day-to-day legal matters across jurisdictions.
• Process registrations in business registries, notarizations, and legalizations, while maintaining the legal department's document filing systems.
• Support contract lifecycle management efforts.
• Assist with legal compliance initiatives, including third-party due diligence and data privacy protocols.
• Provide support on diverse ad hoc legal matters as needed by the legal team.
• Contribute to identifying and implementing enhancements in legal workflows and processes.
• Liaise with external law firms, notaries, and other legal advisors in various jurisdictions.
• Utilize technology for legal research and identifying local regulatory requirements impacting our global corporate portfolio.

Your profile:

We're looking for a candidate who is in the third year of a Bachelor's degree or has
started a Master's degree in Law or Business and Commercial Law with the following key qualifications:

• Demonstrates a high level of proactivity and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment with diverse and concurrent responsibilities.
• Possesses fluency in both Danish and English.
• Exhibits a practical and commercially-oriented mindset in approaching legal matters.
• Capable of working autonomously and managing tasks independently.
• Demonstrates strong prioritization and multitasking abilities to effectively manage workload.
