Operational Readiness works in the interface between engineering, procurement, manufacturing and construction. The team supports a safe launch of our new solutions, to enable a smooth introduction into the whole value chain.
This goes through early engagement to immediate support on quality issues or other deviations
Responsibilities
- Safe launch of new engineering solutions for both Onshore and Offshore Nacelles
- Rework and retrofit for onshore and offshore products
- Take closed loop quality learnings and transform existing processes
- Optimize current processes and workflow, with a data and analytic mindset to gain a better understanding of challenges and a better way of working
- Develop the function and team and integrate the safe launch initiative into current ways of working
Qualifications
- Leadership or managerial experience from similar industry
- Technical mindset, focusing on improvements, predictability, quality and simplifying process and way of working.
- Data focused approach to solution envelope
- Effective stakeholder management skills and understanding of working in a large matrix organization

- You have experience effectively working with cross-functional, and multi-cultural teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to achieve common goals and deliver high-quality solutions
- You demonstrate flexibility to work in a dynamic and evolving environment, adapting to changes in project requirements, priorities, and industry trends
