Become a part of our talented deugro team, as we look for a Operations Manager - Wind Renewable Energy in Aarhus, Denmark.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate post-fixture activities for project cargo shipments, including heavy-lift and oversized components (e.g., wind turbine blades, nacelles, towers, cables, foundations, etc)
- Liaise with vessel owners, charterers, agents, and port authorities to ensure smooth port calls and cargo operations
- Monitor voyage execution, track vessel positions, and manage laytime calculations and demurrage claims
- Provide hands-on support and technical expertise to resolve complex operational challenges
- Facilitate close coordination between vessel owners/operators and project teams
- Execute transport and logistics solutions for complex wind energy projects
- Manage all operational and documentation aspects of the project(s)
- Provide daily vessel updates and voyage tracking, as well as support Commercial Managers with project management tasks
- Procure and evaluate offers from subcontractors and maintain daily contact with vessel owners and port agents
