Your new role
In this role you will drive the integrated evidence strategy and planning for the product by leveraging data analysis, interpretation, and medical expertise.
You will ensure the generation and communication of clinical and pre-clinical evidence, fosters expert engagement and education, support compliance and publication efforts, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to optimize product positioning and lifecycle management.
Focus on data analysis, interpretation and integrated evidence planning
Evidence Generation and Communication:
- Drive integrated evidence strategy and planning for the product
- Provide input to the medical strategy as responsible for the clinical and pre-clinical evidence plans and selected advisory boards
- Provide, through medical expertise, input to commercial response to competitive actives and provides input to update of the life cycle plan
Expert Engagement and Education:
- Identify and work closely with key international Medical Thought Leaders.
- Organize and lead dedicated medical advisory boards
- Securing disease and asset data awareness for experts responsible for the development/updating of international therapeutic guidelines to ensure optimal product positioning within the medical marketing strategy.
Compliance and Publications:
- Support the global publication plan throughout the product lifecycle (including manuscripts, congress abstracts, symposium presentations and poster presentations) in collaboration with the Strategic Publication Team
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate within medical affairs and across stakeholders in the Clinical Development, Commercial, and Market Access teams, as well as with the affiliates
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- Educational background as MD, PhD, PharmD or similar health care related education
- Experience in dermatology and biologics is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, including global/regional roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of medical affairs, understanding of corporate functions as well as a proven record of successful medical affairs achievements
- Skilled in developing, reviewing, understanding, and presenting clinical and scientific information to multiple audiences
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 15%
