Your new role
In this role you will support and oversee non-interventional studies (NIS) for marketed products by driving study strategy, prioritizing research questions, and ensuring high scientific credibility. The role involves providing medical input for evidence plans, engaging with experts on study-related activities, supporting timely data publication, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to ensure impactful study outcomes and communication.
Focus on supporting non-interventional studies.
Evidence Generation and Communication:
- Provide medical input for the Integrated Evidence and clinical development plans.
- Review, input and ensure high scientific credibility of LEO's NIS studies.
Expert Engagement and Education:
- Liaise and exchange with experts on study proposals, execution, analysis and communication.
Compliance and Publications:
- Support the Strategic Publication Plan and ensure timely data publication.
- Review and approve medical communication materials.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate within medical affairs and across stakeholders in the Clinical Development, Commercial, and Market Access teams, as well as with the affiliates
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- Educational background as MD, PhD, PharmD or similar health care related education
- Experience in dermatology and biologics is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, including global/regional roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of driving non-interventional studies across multiple geographies
- Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management skills
- Skilled in developing, reviewing, understanding, and presenting clinical and scientific information to multiple audiences
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10%
