To support and strengthen our Finnish marketing and communications efforts, we’re looking for a Finnish-speaking student worker to join our Northern European Regional team based in Copenhangen.
Your role
As our new Student Worker in our Northern Europe Marketing Services team, you’ll support our Finnish market with campaign implementation and marketing coordination across a variety of digital and social platforms. You’ll be part of a collaborative and highly skilled international team, responsible for developing and supporting in executions of campaigns and marking activities
Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating translations and proofreading Finnish marketing copy

Supporting the implementation and rollout of campaigns and assets, particularly CRM, Influencer’s collab, and all digital and social platforms

Ensure marketing assets and content are accurate, well-coordinated, and delivered on time

Helping manage dialogue and deadlines for asset delivery to media agencies

Assisting with CRM activities and ad hoc marketing tasks

Working with multiple internal teams and stakeholder management across marketing, creative, and media

Your new team
In this role you will work closely with our Finnish marketing team and collaborate across the wider Northern Europe Marketing Services team with specialists within creatives, CRM, digital and social media as well as external international media agencies. It’s a team that thrives on collaboration and brings campaigns to life across multiple channels.
You’ll work at our Northern Europe support office in Nordhavn, Copenhagen. Our office features many collaborative spaces and a stunning rooftop terrace with breathtaking city and harbour views.

Your qualifications
We’re looking for someone who’s curious, organised, and excited to support marketing campaigns across digital channels. To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be both detail-oriented and a confident communicator with great stakeholder management skills.
To succeed, you should bring:

Fluency in Finnish and strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

Ongoing university-level education in marketing, communications, or a related commercial field
-
Experience with digital and social media – either through work or studies
-
A structured and self-motivated way of working, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently

A collaborative mindset and confidence in working with different teams and stakeholders
-
A keen eye for detail, especially when reviewing translations and marketing materials
Your development
Within 3 months, you’ll:

Be onboarded to the wow in a professional marketing team and stakeholders in Northen Europe Marketing and Specsavers Finland

Gain understanding of the marketing and communication in Specsavers and for Specsavers Finland

Support and starting to work on implementation and deployment of campaign and marketing activities
Within 6-12 months, you’ll:

Run and take responsibility for you own tasks in co-lab with colleagues in marketing and Specsavers Finland

Have gained a good understanding of the wow of working in Specsavers marketing to co-lab proactive with tasks and areas of responsibilities

Be the go-to person within areas of responsibilities for the Northern Europe marketing team and Finland Specsavers team

Deliver campaign and marketing activities ready to implement and deploy
