Role description
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Marketing EMEA, the Nordics Field Marketing Manager defines and manages the Nordics marketing strategy in collaboration with the Nordics sales leadership, EMEA field marketing and global marketing. You will be oriented toward revenue marketing, focused on marketing strategy and execution that delivers high-quality leads, sales pipeline, and ultimately revenue. Initially, a hands-on individual contributor, as the business grows, you may over time have the opportunity to build, lead, and grow a small team of marketers to help shape how marketing can better support the Euro-North growth objectives.
Main activities & responsibilities:
- Develop a strong trusted relationship with the Nordics sales teams, working closely with the sales leadership and business development to jointly grow pipeline.
- Partner with EMEA filed marketing, global campaign marketing and product marketing to refine targeting and segmentation, and to identify, scope, and produce or localize compelling messaging, content, marketing assets and programs to drive demand.
- Define and execute full funnel marketing plans including digital marketing, demand generation campaigns, sales prospecting and account-based marketing programs, virtual and in-person field events, and third-party tradeshows and conferences
- Track, measure, and communicate program results – take ownership of key business and revenue metrics: leads, qualified leads, pipeline, attribution metrics, cost per x metrics.
Competencies:
- The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully developing and executing field marketing and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns that generate qualified leads and accelerate the progress of opportunities in the pipeline
- 5+ years of B2B field marketing experience in a SaaS environment
- 3+ years ABM marketing experience
- Digital marketing experience
- Bachelor's Degree
Technical skills:
- Strong integrated marketing and project management expertise, specifically in leading data-driven marketing return on investment (ROI) tracking and measurement.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (Fluent English), including being able to convey Aras’ offerings, value proposition, and complex topics with simplicity to customers, senior executives, peers, and business partners
- A proven track record of driving significant pipeline and revenue growth through effective field marketing programs based on analytical insight and best practices
- A history of generating successful ABM and nurture campaigns aligned with sales and marketing goals across all channels
- Experience working closely with Sales teams, including joint planning and execution, driving disciplined lead follow up, and earning trust as a strategic business partner to sales
- Experience scaling through/and or leveraging agency and contractor resources
- Understanding and/or experience with CRM (e.g. salesforce.com), account-based marketing (e.g. Demandbase) and email marketing (e.g. Marketo) tactics and technology
