We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both , requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home. The office location will be either Copenhagen or Billund based on your current residential location.

Core Responsibilities
Coordinate the VP’s complex calendar across multiple time zones, including 1:1s, team routines, corporate events, and key project meetings.
Anticipate scheduling conflicts and take proactive steps to maintain momentum across initiatives.
Provide inbox support: flagging priorities, extracting key actions/pre-reads, and allocating calendar time accordingly.
Handle global travel logistics end-to-end, flights, visas, transfers, and agendas, in collaboration with internal and external collaborators.
Submit accurate and timely expense reports, ensuring full compliance with company policy.
Own and maintain the LT’s digital collaboration spaces – SharePoint, OneNote, Teams – ensuring information is well structured, up to date and easily accessible
Ad hoc support for the wider LT: Support planning of offsites, workshops and townhalls incl. Ppt. presentations.
Be an active and trusted member of the Leadership Team, supporting team rhythms, collaboration, and key initiatives.
Do you have what it takes.
Proven EA experience in fast-paced, agile environments, supporting senior leaders and managing competing priorities.
Proven ability to independently plan, prioritise, and deliver high-quality work on time.
Trusted collaborator and team advocate, partnering with senior leadership, global stakeholders, and the EA community to strengthen relationships and enhance team presence.
Highly proactive with a strong bias to action, curiosity, and continuous learning.
Experience in agile or project-based environments is a plus.
Fluent in English both written and spoken.
