Job Description:
In this role, you will be working closely with the wider Customer Services community to drive Satair's transformation towards becoming the market leader in Material Management by executing on the transformation portfolio.
This role, based in Copenhagen, requires continuous cross-functional collaboration with our Operations functions, Sales, Product Management, Finance, HR, and IT Teams from all our sites worldwide and the central Customer Services Transformation team located in Toulouse.
What the job is:
As our Change Manager you are a true game changer and passionate about the people’s side of change – you will have a direct impact on how internal stakeholders interact with and accept our solutions, but most importantly, on how our customers interact with and accept our digital solutions. In your role, you will have the responsibility for ensuring high quality, impactful and effective change management activities in relation to our digital offerings to ensure that the business is adequately prepared.
Core responsibilities include:
Conduct the change impact analysis and case for change as a basis for your change and communication plan
Design and lead the execution of the change and communication plan; ensuring structure, stakeholder- and resistance management, employee engagement and change adoption.
Identify and manage key stakeholders for your project
Advise and consult your project core team and the Satair leadership team on how to effectively implement the desired change/project objectives
Consult on projects outside your own project portfolio focusing on: stakeholder- and resistance management, change management structure, engaging communication and change adoption.
How you will contribute to the team:
Demonstrated solid understanding of how organizations go through a change and the change process
3 -5 years’ experience of driving transformation, change management or programme management role, or a combination
Understanding of how people go through change and the change process with knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools, evidenced by theoretical underpinning (e.g. Kotter, PROSCI, CMI etc.) or relevant experiences of leading change
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across business units to build trust & confidence in driving data-driven decision making through to results impact
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Great communication skills, and speak and write English fluently
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
