About the role:
We are looking for a Project and Change Manager who will lead and manage key business initiatives across TD SYNNEX by providing structured project management methodologies and maintaining the Project Portfolio. This role is pivotal in ensuring that global and regional strategic initiatives achieve their intended objectives on time and within budget.
You will enhance colleague adoption and usage of these initiatives through effective change management strategies, minimizing resistance and maximizing engagement. Utilizing a blend of project management, process improvement, and traditional change management practices, the Project and Change Manager will transform organizational operations and ensure broad adoption of change efforts.
In addition to executing change management strategies, this role will involve coaching and mentoring senior leaders and executives to fulfill their roles as change sponsors. Success in this position requires a self-motivated individual capable of transforming ambiguous concepts and project ideas into actionable strategies that align with the overall organizational vision.
Key Responsibilities
Support organizational change to enhance adoption, utilization, and ROI.
Manage the change portfolio and monitor for saturation.
Facilitate planning sessions and manage project completion.
Support organizational design changes and role definitions.
Develop and manage communications related to change initiatives.
Conduct impact analyses, assess readiness, and identify stakeholders.
Create actionable deliverables for change management, including communication plans and training programs.
Engage senior executives and coach project teams in Change Management.
Define success metrics and monitor change progress.
Drive project delivery across various business areas.
Apply best practices to ensure timely execution and quality delivery.
Plan, track, and report on project progress.
Mobilize project teams to support effective change.
Provide coaching and support to project deliverers.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Knowledge skills and Experience
Solid understanding of change management principles and methodologies, such as ADKAR.
Proven project management experience with a strong grasp of the project lifecycle.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to influence and coach individuals through the change process.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale change efforts.
Change management certification (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt) is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least three years in a related role.
