We are looking for a 4D Planner to join our Site Digital Transformation team. As a team, we are focused on maximizing the use of 4D planning and visualization to enhance execution across complex pharma engineering projects.

How you might spend your days
As a 4D Planner, you’ll be responsible for:

Developing, maintaining, and updating 4D documentation, standards, procedures, and models daily, ensuring alignment with project plans and corporate standards.
- Implementing and supporting 4D planning across all projects using Synchro 4D Pro, including sequencing, logistics, and integration with 3D models and schedules within Synchro Control.
- Conducting regular site visits in Kalundborg to validate 4D planning, progress, and sequencing, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project data.
- Providing training and ongoing support to project teams on 4D tools, workflows, and best practices to facilitate effective planning and execution.
- Managing project documents, data, and logistics elements within Synchro Control, maintaining the connection between models and schedules, and generating status reports for ongoing activities.
- Reviewing and validating sequencing and logistics with project planners, ensuring updated 4D models reflect the latest project data and progress.

The miles you’ve walked

You have a background in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field

You have 5+ years of hands-on experience with 4D planning tools such as Synchro 4D Pro, Navisworks, or similar.

You understand project scheduling (Primavera P6) and how it connects to 3D models.

You’ve worked on large-scale construction projects as engineer, BIM Manager/Coordinator, Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) developer, or the like. These skills will be useful in the process of coordination and communication.
- You’re fluent in English and comfortable presenting your work to diverse audiences. therefore, please submit your CV in English.
