We are looking for a new Internal Communication Student Assistant within our Strategy & PMO team. You will join a team focused on strategy, portfolio management, people, and strengthening the implementation of changes within GN Global Operations. You will handle communication and administrative planning tasks, playing a crucial role in enhancing our internal culture and transparency.
The Team You Will be Part of:
You will become an integral part of the Strategy & PMO team - a team committed to the development and execution of the Global Operations strategy. Your work will directly support these efforts by managing communication with the rest of the organization and coordinating cross-functional events.
The Strategy & PMO team is part of the Global Operations Strategy & Management Office function, a highly international team of 30 people, which provides Global Operations with the competences, processes, systems and tools to execute on the strategy.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Manage communication channels and content, including our SharePoint page.
Support the planning and coordination of Strategy & Management Office events.
Support the preparation for management and Global Operations events.
Assist with strategy execution activities and undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Possess strong communication skills, are structured, organized, and flexible.
Have a proactive, self-driven, and curious approach, and eager to develop your skills further and not afraid to add your own creative touch.
Are social, enjoy teamwork, and are not afraid to embrace new challenges and diverse tasks.
Have a significant understanding of the Office package, with SharePoint experience seen as a benefit (though not required).
Have basic data management and analytical skills.
