We are looking for a Student Assistant to join our Corporate Strategy Office. The Student Assistant will play a key role in ensuring Fujifilm Biotechnologies Corporate Strategy and Executive office function administratively as effectively as possible. Reporting to the Executive Assistant, you will work hand in hand with another student assistant, to provide a high level of administrative and office support to the CEO, CSO, CPO and the rest of the team.
Our office is located at the Manufacturing site in Hillerød, Denmark, which brings together a complete range of expertise, capabilities, and technologies to manufacture advanced biologics. Additionally, we have a satellite office in Copenhagen. The role covers a global service need and as such global collaboration and global interaction which at times may fall outside of standard office hours. The Corporate Strategy Office exists to ensure smooth facilitation and continuous drive forward of the Executive Leadership Team, as well as the day to day of the CEO and CSO of Fujifilm Biotechnologies.

About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Assistant in the of Corporate Strategy Office, our new student assistant will provide a high level of administrative support to the Executive Assistant. This role will need to anticipate the upcoming needs of our team and executives in a growing environment.
- Providing high level administrative and office support
- Make travel arrangements including airfare, hotel and transportation for workshops and offsite for team and ELT members while also anticipating other needs they may have during travel after instructions from the Executive assistant.
- Assisting our Executive Assistant processing expense reports for CEO and selected ELT members
- Other administrative duties, as assigned.
We expect the student assistant to work an average of 15 hour per week. We will be flexible and strive to plan around fitting in hours around your schedule of studies and in exam periods in the best possible way. We will provide a thorough training and introduction at the beginning.

It is a requirement that you are enrolled on a higher education. Your field of study could be within Business Administration, Administration Bachelor, Economics and Business Administration – General Management and Analytics or other relevant education with focus on Administration.

- Great MS office experience and fundamental mathematical understanding.
- Ability to stay calm and solution-focused in high stress situations whilst paying attention to details.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Collaborates in a positive and effective manner with other Administrators and Assistants
- Must always maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information with high professionalism and ethical standards.

- We would like someone who is a team player and has a drive to assist. To excel as a student assistant with us, you will need analytical and excellent administrative skills as well as a curious and detail orientated approach to your work.
