The team you will be part of
You will be part of the Digital, Data, and IT (DDI) Strategy and Governance domain, a highly strategic team that works across DDI and GN. Our purpose is to guide strategy and governance to align GN’s technology initiatives with business objectives, where we focus on the DDI strategy, Portfolio Management, License and software Management, and our Ways of Working. Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
- Lead the overall strategy development process for DDI, ensuring alignment with GN’s objectives and adapting strategies to meet evolving business needs
- Drive the development and refinement of the DDI Strategy as well as relevant sub-strategies, such as AI and Cloud, ensuring they align with the direction of GN
- Track the progression of our strategies with measurable OKRs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the DDI Strategy sets the direction and aligns with our governance frameworks, portfolio management practices, and operating model
- Prepare and deliver executive presentations for key stakeholders and events, including the GN Board of Directors, Capital Markets Day, Leadership Summit, DDI Annual Report, DDI Investment Board meetings, budget presentations, and GNIT SummIT
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders across GN to facilitate collaboration and ensure alignment of DDI initiatives with organizational priorities
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in IT strategy and communication, applying insights to enhance DDI’s strategic positioning
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree
- Solid experience in IT strategy development, communications, or a related field
- Profound understanding of governance frameworks, portfolio management, and operating models within an IT context
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
- Experience in preparing and delivering executive-level presentations and reports.
- Experienced in analytical and strategic thinking, with a focus on aligning IT initiatives with business objectives
- Able to work collaboratively in a challenging environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
