We are looking for an experienced marketeer with a deep understanding of digital marketing—particularly the principles of digital customer journeys, digital content, SEO and LLMO—to manage strategic digital initiatives across our business units and elevate the Jabra brand across digital customer touchpoints. This role acts as a vital bridge between digital execution and product strategy, ensuring seamless collaboration across functions and effective delivery of campaigns, product launches, and platform enhancements.

 

The ideal candidate is an articulate communicator, highly organized, technically proficient, and skilled at managing complex projects from creative concepts to execution.

 

Your contribution is appreciated, and your main areas of responsibilities include:

· Digital Leadership Across the Business:

Serve as the primary representative of the digital team across all product business units, ensuring digital priorities and perspectives are integrated from planning through execution.

 

· End-to-End Campaign and Product Launch Management:

Manage digital efforts in product launches—developing campaign timelines, coordinating creative development, and overseeing execution across SEO, content, and e-commerce.

 

· Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

Work closely with product management, brand, content, e-commerce, and regional marketing teams to align goals, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

 

· Creative Briefing & Collaboration:

Write and deliver clear, actionable briefs to internal creative teams, external agencies, and freelance contributors; manage asset delivery and ensure creative consistency and quality.

 

· Project & Process Management:

Plan and manage digital projects using tools like ClickUp, ensuring transparency, accountability, and efficient workflow across all stakeholders.

 

· Digital Platform & Technology Oversight:

Leverage your technical knowledge of PIM, DAM, and CMS to support seamless content and campaign execution.

 

· Continuous Optimization:

Identify and implement opportunities to improve digital project workflows, campaign efficiency, and overall team operations.

 

· Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Monitor, measure, and report on campaign and digital performance; synthesize key insights and present learnings back to business stakeholders to guide future strategies.

 

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you have:

· 4+ years of experience in digital project management within a multi-brand or cross-functional environment.

· Extensive knowledge of digital assets, SEO, LLMO, and how they integrate with broader digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.

· Substantial experience in handling digital marketing projects from formulation to completion.

· Practical experience with project management tools (Clickup or similar) and collaborative design platforms (Figma).

· Technical fluency in PIM, DAM, and CMS systems and their role in digital content and product lifecycle management.

· Skilled at stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and expectation management across diverse teams.

· Proficient verbal and written communication skills; skilled in briefing creative teams and reporting performance metrics.

· Ability to analyze digital performance data to create effective strategies.

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

· Agile or PMP certification is a plus.

· Fluent in English

 

Preferred skills

· Experience in a constantly evolving, matrixed international organization or agency environment.

· Familiarity with e-commerce and omnichannel digital marketing.

· A strategic thinker with practical delivery capabilities.
