Core Responsibil ities
Lead and manage a team of project managers.
Ensure that all projects within a portfolio are aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
Be responsible for budgeting, prioritising allocation, and project scheduling across multiple projects.
Report to executive management and ensuring alignment with interpersonal objectives.
Manage sophisticated stakeholder relationships.
Identify and mitigate risks and resolve high-level project issues.
Serve as PMO support in the cross-functional space of the transformation, business stream.
Leads PMO staff, technical program management and with our implementation partners (Deloitte).
Take on day-to-day leadership of the key work you are doing in the PMO to ensure progress and alignment with program management and the implementation partner, i.e. PMO processes, tooling, project charter and playbook.
Support development, adaption and follow up of coordinated program plan , including risk management, issue follow-up, deviation management, change requests as they arise.
Manages program resources (budget, resources and financial management) in collaboration with our finance business partner and HR business partner.
Facilitates and coordinates programme communication (upwards/downwards) and transformation efforts in collaboration with the Transformation Management lead from Strategy & Transformation.
Enables stream leads to steer the resource planning and ensures good onboarding and offboarding to the ERP Transformation Program.
Navigate and support team members at all levels in the organisation including establishing trust.
Ability to lead smaller projects/work independently.

The Global ERP Transformation team has been established to lead the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA and ensure the solution is future ready and supports the strategic ambitions of the LEGO Group. You will be part of team of other senior profiles that are accountable for end-to-end solutions, ensuring that implementation progresses and risks are handled with particular focus on solution scope, achievements and quality.
Do you have what it takes ?
PMO experience, ideally from a role in a Finance organisation. Experience with ERP implementation is an advantage.
Financial education above Bachelor Level – alternative project/program management with a solid understanding of integration to finance.
Similar role and/or project manager with ability to drive end-to-end responsibility for work enabling a transformation.
Excellent skills in collaborating with different profiles such as specialists in streams, communications, Strategy & Transformation.
Financial acumen.
Project management and team leadership capabilities considered an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to articulate clear and concise messages which effectively communicate program status, risks and needs.
Ability to develop strong network and support of functional and business unit stakeholders
Curious to learn and lean into areas outside the key expertise field to support peers during peak delivery times.
Someone that will nurture the execution of the organisational change strategy across all collaborator groups.
