We specialize in compressors, vacuum solutions, generators, pumps, power tools, and assembly systems. Our industrial equipment rental division is now looking for a Sales Engineer to help grow our presence in southern Finland. In this role, you’ll build relationships, provide expert advice, and deliver tailored solutions to industrial customers.
You’ll report to the Nordic Sales Manager and be part of the Atlas Copco Rental team in Finland, which includes nine colleagues. You’ll also be connected to the wider Atlas Copco network across Finland and Europe.
Our Finnish office is located in Vantaa, where you’ll be based if you live nearby.
Your Responsibilities
As a Sales Engineer, you will
- Identify growth opportunities for Specialty Rental solutions across Finland.
- Target industrial customers needing compressors, generators, nitrogen, and steam boiler rentals.
- Plan and carry out sales activities and customer visits.
- Proactively build new customer relationships.
- Respond to inquiries and provide relevant product information.
- Create presentations showcasing product benefits and solutions.
- Prepare quotes and cost estimates using our digital quotation system.
- Collaborate with technical experts within Atlas Copco.
- Maintain accurate sales data and reports using our CRM system.
- Stay up to date with technical knowledge through workshops, e-learning, and networking.
Your Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in the industrial sector.
- Strong presentation and sales skills.
- Ability to understand technical solutions (a technical background is a plus).
- Skilled at building long-term relationships with decision-makers.
- Capable of developing business in new areas.
- Fluent in Finnish and English.

- Flexible and comfortable working in a multinational environment.
- Willing to travel frequently within Finland and occasionally to our headquarters in Belgium.
