What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with stakeholders across levels, from technical teams to Climate Solutions senior leadership team
- Challenge the As-Is by embracing innovation, while staying committed to the hands-on, extended implementation phase that turns ideas into lasting results
- Lead the project by using structured methods to secure on-time delivery, within the defined scope, and to the expected high level of quality standards
- Act as the central link between teams and leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Apply your technical expertise in manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution to drive excellence
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering or related field
- Experience in project management within manufacturing, preferably with warehouse or distribution knowledge.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Forward-thinking, solutions-focused, and able to prioritize with urgency
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage
