Join our Program and Project Management Office (PMO), part of the Strategy & Program Management Centre of Excellence (CoE) within the Life Sciences and Diagnostics Group (LDG). Based in Glostrup, Denmark, our PMO is a strategic partner driving critical pathology programs and projects that bring life-saving products to market.
As a (Senior) Project Manager, you will be taking the critical role to drive programs and projects forward, not only to meet the strategic intent, but also to ensure these life critical pathology products come to market and improve the lives of those we touch. You will lead programs and/or projects from a diverse range of areas; thus, you will be expected to utilise your knowledge of tools and techniques to scope, plan, drive and at times make pivots your work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex programs/projects within the division, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, R&D, Services, Quality, Regulatory, Production, Finance and other relevant functions to develop and execute program/project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Drive program/project execution by coordinating resources, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
- Identify and mitigate program/project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining a high level of quality and integrity in all program/project deliverables.
- Communicate program/project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders through regular updates, presentations, and reports. Mentor and coach junior project managers, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.
Qualifications
Key Selection Criteria:
- Solid experience in project/program management in a regulated industry. We welcome project management professionals of various seniority levels to apply. The final job grade offered will depend on the candidate's qualifications.
- Certified project/program manager (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Strong leadership skills combined with business acumen.
- Ability to balance business needs and program challenges effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong ability to navigate through different organizational hierarchies.
- Understand customer needs and excel in translating technical messages into managerial presentations. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, from executive to shop floor.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale programs in a regulated environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Proficient in English

This job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
