Danfoss is seeking an energetic and strategic Partner Manager for our Scandanavian Market. As a Partner Manager for Scandinavia, you will work to develop and grow our partner sales channels through strategic cooperation with SCA partners.
This role has account responsibility for the strategically important partners in the cluster and works to meet sales targets in the Scandinavian cluster countries, DK, SE, and NO. Together with SCA Sales leadership team, you will ensure the development and implementation of strategy for developing the Danfoss drives business in Scandinavia.

This is a strategic and operational role as you will identify the business opportunities as well as needs for development to differentiate Danfoss from competition.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Takes the ownership of the Scandinavia partner channel and set the strategy for continuous development of key partner processes and programs
  • Is responsible for partner strategy in Scandinavia and lead partner performance related KPIs and requirements
  • Builds strong relationship with our key partners and is responsible for contractual agreements and pricing, ensures business plans, and meets sales plan targets for partners
  • Conducts regular performance reviews to access KPIs, business initiatives, marketing and training activities etc.
  • Collaborates with local key account managers and sales engineers to ensure the daily business
  • Managing our partners in the Global PEP partner program and implement of the global partner program, processes, and tools in SCA context, and is involved in cross functional country collaboration with relevant stakeholders within the organization
  • Drives initiatives to identify and build partner competencies
  • Collaborate with marketing, product management and sales teams for optimization of products, systems, structures for the distribution channel
  • Prepares and delivers value selling presentations and sales coaching to support partners’ sales.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

  • 5+ years experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development, preferably in the industrial, automation, drives, or tech sectors.
  • Prior experience in B2B partner ecosystems with indirect sales models.
  • Experience with performance KPIs, contract management, and building joint business plans with partners.
  • Cross-functional leadership experience, working with sales, marketing, product, and regional teams.
