HR Administrator, Scandinavia - WIKA Danmark A/S

WIKA Danmark A/S is the Danish subsidiary of WIKA Alexander Wiegand SE & Co. KG, a global leader in pressure, temperature, level, flow and calibration measurement technology.
Your activities:
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring consistency and compliance
- Administer payroll processes in collaboration with external providers
- Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Support training and development initiatives, including scheduling and tracking participation
- Manage employee benefits and liaise with local providers as needed
- Assist in the integration of newly acquired entities, including harmonisation of HR processes
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and documentation in line with local legislation
- Support internal audits and ensure GDPR compliance across HR records
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and escalate complex matters appropriately
Your profile:
- Qualification in Human Resources practice or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within an international environment
- Fluent in English and Swedish (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in HR administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS management
- Knowledge of pension practices in both countries would be an advantage
- Danish proficiency also is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with Scandinavian labour laws and cross-border HR practices
- Willingness to travel regularly between Hillerød and Malmö
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
