Your role
In this position, you will be a driving force in optimizing production processes, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring robust, high-quality manufacturing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost efficiency — all while meeting customer demands on time.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Develop and optimize core manufacturing processes to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
- Ensure production equipment and processes meet all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (safety, scrap reduction, OEE, cost-down activities).
- Provide technical support for equipment, tooling, and maintenance planning.
- Collaborate with suppliers on technical issues.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a candidate who can combine technical expertise with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Ideally, you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology – or a qualified technician background with relevant supplementary courses.
- 1–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, production technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, PFMEA, PPAP, ISO/TS requirements, and root cause problem-solving.
- Skills in SAP, TeamCenter, AutoCAD 2D, and standard MS Office tools.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Why join us
At Danfoss Editron, you will work on cutting-edge technology that contributes directly to a cleaner, more sustainable future. You’ll join a supportive and innovative team where your ideas can make a real difference in how we design, produce, and deliver world-class solutions
We offer:
- An international work environment with strong sustainability goals.
- Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
- A collaborative culture where your contribution matters.
