Shape the Future of Electrification with a Cutting-Edge Production Setu
At Danfoss Editron, we are leading the electrification revolution. Our mission is to end pollution through advanced, sustainable power solutions. We design and manufacture electric drivetrains that power buses, trucks, marine vessels, and off-highway equipment. Now, we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to help us scale our operations and ensure production remains efficient, competitive, and future-ready
This is your chance to work in a modern, automated, and robotics-driven production environment — not with outdated machinery, but with state-of-the-art equipment designed for the future of electrification
Your Role
As Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing our production processes, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring robust, high-quality manufacturing. You will collaborate closely across functions to strengthen safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency — while meeting customer demands on time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and participate in production-related projects, including new product implementations and equipment investments (CAPEX).
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to eliminate waste and increase efficiency.
- Ensure production equipment and processes meet all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Drive and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (safety, scrap reduction, OEE, cost-down activities).
- Provide technical support for equipment, tooling, and maintenance planning.
- Collaborate with suppliers on technical issues.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a candidate with both technical expertise and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Further, you hold the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology – or a technician background with relevant supplementary courses.
- 1–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, production technology, or a related field.
- Experience with electronic assemblies and high-voltage electrical testing.
- Knowledge of PFMEA, PPAP, ISO/TS requirements, and structured root cause analysis.
- Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
- Skills in SAP, AutoCAD 2D, MS Office, Teamcenter PLM, APIS IQ-RM, and Minitab.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluency in English and Danish (spoken and written).
Why Join U
At Danfoss Editron, you will:
- Work with ground-breaking, cutting-edge production technology that supports a cleaner and more sustainable future.
- Join a collaborative, innovative team where your contribution directly shapes how we design, produce, and deliver world-class solutions.
- Be part of an international work environment with strong sustainability goals.
- Have access to opportunities for professional development and career growth.
