You will be part of our New Business team focused on the UK market. The position is based in Malmö, Copenhagen, or Stockholm, with offices in Malmö and Stockholm.
You’ll collaborate with inspiring and skilled colleagues and help shape the narrative of a company on its journey to change the game in B2B sales. Our team values learning, creativity, and having fun while achieving results.
What you will do 🤝
As an English-speaking Junior Account Executive for the UK market, you will play a key role in GetAccept’s mission to transform B2B sales. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow their career in tech sales and enjoys working independently while taking responsibility, learning, and directly influencing their own success. You will:
- Take responsibility for the full sales process – from identifying and reaching out to new customers, to understanding their needs, presenting solutions, building relationships, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Proactively reach out to new companies through research, outreach and social channels.
- Qualify opportunities and guide prospects through their decision-making journey.
- Build relationships with different stakeholders and clearly communicate the value of GetAccept.
- Maintain and grow your own sales pipeline, track progress in HubSpot, and clearly share updates on deal stages and opportunities.
- Work closely with colleagues in Customer Success, Product and Sales to ensure smooth handovers and great customer experiences.

Who are you? 🤗
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A basic understanding of SaaS products, cloud technology, or software sales processes, combined with a genuine interest in learning more.
Preferred
- Some experience working in a SaaS, tech, or B2B sales environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
- A demonstrated drive to reach goals and contribute to team success.
- Comfortable with consultative selling and building strong, long-term client relationships.
- Previous exposure to lead generation, prospecting, or account management – ideally in a startup or growth-stage company.
